We appreciate your cooperation with this regulation. Thank you. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SELLERS: Tables are available to rent for 8.00 each. First come, first served basis. One seller per 15' X 30' space. Power is not supplied/available. Washrooms are available under the grandstands. The sale of any food or drink item is strictly prohibited without first receiving permission from management. This includes bottled water. If you are found to be selling food or drink items you will be asked to stop immediately and if you are found to continue to sell prohibited items you will be asked to leave. By order of the RCMP and the SPCA, the sale of any animal at Swap & Shop is prohibited. If you are found to be selling animals of any kind you will be asked to leave immediately. In the case of rain before 9:00am a rain check will be issued. No cash refunds. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - Our waste removal costs have risen sharply due to vendors leaving their unsold items and garbage on the track. Sellers must take back home with them all unsold/unwanted items, cardboard/cardboard boxes and garbage. These items must not be left anywhere on the Western Speedway/All Fun property.
